dr. Bertalan Bajusz attorney-at-law

I am Dr. Bertalan Bajusz, attorney-at-law, member of the Budapest Bar Association, with more than two decades of professional experience, mainly in civil and commercial law.

I completed my law degree at the University of Pécs Faculty of Law, then I obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate Law at the ELTE Institute of Postgraduate Legal Studies.

After graduating from law school, I served my legal apprenticeship as a trainee lawyer and court clerk, and after passing the bar exam I worked as a judge candidate. I learned the professional basics mainly through my work in court, acquiring comprehensive practical and theoretical knowledge from all court divisions and in all areas of law.

I moved from the judiciary to the competitive sector, where I worked for several years as an in-house counsel for credit institutions and financial enterprises.

I have been an attorney since 2017, my office is located at Budapest I. district Hattyú utca 16. Depending on the nature of the case I practice law independently or in cooperation with other attorneys and domestic and international law firms. I provide legal services to both companies and individuals, covering a wide range of civil and commercial law (for more details, see the Areas of expertise page). I work in English and Hungarian. On request, I am also available out of office and in the countryside.
