Representing my clients in legal disputes is one of my key areas of expertise. My competence in litigation and dispute resolution was established through years spent in the judiciary, where, first as a court clerk, I acquired a legal practice covering all court divisions and areas of law and, and then as a judge candidate adjudicated non-litigious – in particular enforcement, liquidation and bankruptcy – cases independently. My experience was further expanded when I successfully represented my clients in a large number of civil lawsuits, first as a legal counsel in the financial sector, and then as an attorney from 2017. As an in-house legal counsel to the CIB Group, I also headed the Litigation Group.
I have considerable experience not only in disputes between citizens and business entities, but also in judicial reviews of administrative decisions.
My main services in this framework include:
- pre-litigation activities: drafting request for payment, negotiating with the opposing party, assisting in the conclusion of possible out-of-court settlements
- representation of clients in civil lawsuits before courts and arbitration tribunals, in judicial enforcement proceedings, and in bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings
- representation of clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings (e.g. consumer disputes before the Financial Conciliation Board and before consumer conciliation bodies)
